There is nothing more quintessentially English than Guy Fawkes night and, with the celebrations fast approaching, Hatchards Homefinders recommends 10 of the best fireworks displays in Hampshire. From the 20,000 revellers that will descend upon the 56th annual Winchester Charity Bonfire Celebration to the very local festivities at Stockbridge, there is something for everyone, young and old. Here are, in our experience, some of the most enjoyable places to watch some spectacular fireworks displays across the county.

 

31st October

Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth

Beauliea National Motor Museum

One of the South’s largest Charity fireworks Event with rides, drives and fair ground. Fireworks set to music from Rock tribute band. Entertainment from 3pm, Fireworks at 7.30pm.

Traditional Bonfire Celebration orgainzed for Charity by Winchester Round Table with over 20,000 revellers. Torchlight procession through the city with competitions. Procession starts at 6.30pm, Bonfire at 7.15pm and Fireworks at 7.45pm
