Behind the Scenes of a House Hunter

When not house hunting for you, we can be found at the school gates in the beautiful village of Upham where we all live. Diggy ferries her two girls around here there and everywhere, from dancing lessons in Eastleigh to riding in Owslebury. Diggy is a keen runner and can be found pounding the lanes near her house, training for her latest challenge.  Katie spends free time with her two boys at football in Bishops Waltham and swimming lessons in Winchester. She is also slowly renovating an old listed pub with her husband and in rare moments of freedom will be at the auction house in Itchen Stoke or Kempton for the early morning antiques fair.  Robbie and his boys enjoy all the traditional country pursuits, shooting, fishing and are all keen rugby players/watchers!  Robbie’s family farmed Upham for many years and still live in the area so he knows Hampshire better than most.

Our love of all things indulgent includes shopping for clothes at The Hambledon, feasting at The Black Rat and at the end of a busy day, propping up the bar of our local, The Brushmakers Arms.

Every day is different with us all working together for our clients, endlessly on the phone and in the car.  We get together in the office twice a week to run through everything but seem to talk and email from very early in the morning to last thing most days.

House hunting is a busy job but when we meet lovely people and view beautiful houses, it all seems worthwhile.
